Used to jog 6 miles a day. Jogging clears the mind. All you need is a pair of running shoes, and some don't even need those! Go out the door, and go for 30 minutes.. Turn around, and go home. You just had an hours of 'self time' and who knows what things in your life that were causing you stress, have been fixed.. It's amazing.. Go try it..
