People post/say really dumb things on traditional social media.
But when Nostr wins, how will people behave when they realise there’s no delete button? Will this lead to more thoughtful and respectful engagement? The incentive to not be a moron online is a lot stronger.

I think the no-delete feature inspires care when creating notes. It makes me think thrice and I appreciate it. I believe it does lead to more thoughtful engagement, and the trolls who don’t regret anything they say will lose interest in nostr because of non-engagement with their bs. The key to success for nostr is to continue to do what everyone tried to tell people to do on traditional social media forever: DON’T FEED THE TROLLS. Nostr gets this better than anywhere else
