Apparently you can just turn Primal's "censorship" off if you want to. Also an allow list even if you want to keep it on.

It also lets you opt out of the algorithm.

So basically everyone was just lying about it being a bad client, unless this is a recent change.

Yeah it's had a huge list of updates so it's a lot better now. There's still no single web client that does everything I want it to yet but we're slowly getting there.
