I'm running my own node, sending via nostr wallet connect, receiving via nostdress. Never have to leave the nostr client.

I don’t have my own node at the moment. Im still familiarizing myself with the lightning network.

I’m not even sure if I would use my own node enough to be financially viable. I am not a Bitcoin whale by any means!

I’ll definitely try out Zeus, is it non-custodial?
