I’d be clueless but from what I’ve seen playing out in most of our 3 letter orgs , there seems to be two sides in each one ,, those setting citizens up and those who are testifying to congress about the corruption that’s kept them from doing their jobs,,, It’s not too far fetched to believe some factions of our agencies would be much happier if we were not going around the globe and wrecking everything so they can rip off the world and keep us in conflicts.
