It all started with finding my neighbour's cat dead from poison first thing in the morning.

My neighbour, who is also my tenant and a dear friend. She had a complete meltdown because she loved that cat so much, and it was a stroke of luck that none of the other neighbours were around when she had her screaming fit, threatening to burn all the houses down, because someone had 'murdered her cat'.

Luckily, I managed to calm her down rather quickly...

Next was an unexpectedly high car repair bill. After 3 months of being in the garage for a minor repair the bloody mechanic came up with an out of proportion bill - I guess it's our fault for not asking a quote, but you simply don't expect a local business man to rip you off like that...

And if that wasn't enough, we discovered a leak in the roof of our guest room. Arg!

I've had enough for today.
