At one point in my life I told myself that I love Berlin. It was a historic European capital reinventing itself, And the people who were there were the same way. But the reality of the city is the problems that haunt it will never change, And eventually the city starts to feel like a meat grinder, That the city asks so much of anyone that eventually it starts to eat you alive. Bitcoin is a bit like that as well. It is so nice to have access to my own money 24/7/365, And to have a 5 dollar fee on a 10,000$ transaction. But the isolating nature of the status of self sovereignty is something that we have only seen for such a short time, And money can only buy your survival, But not your happiness. All in perspective.
