Depending on the time of the day and the relays mood there are now more than 1.000 people following me on Nostr.

Whatever that might mean, it is a larger following than I have ever had on any platform including Facebook. Over 13 years in the industry produced a little less than 1k friends / business contacts and dropping steadily as people delete their accounts.

On Twitter my profile never gained any traction, I opened my account early 2021 and reposted a bunch of things regarding the Covid craziness, I got shadowbanned and that's that. 230 bots following that account.

The corporate social media matrix has nothing to offer anymore. Look at the fun we have here on Nostr everyday, nothing like this has happened before.

Next goal in my opinion is to secure the rest of the OSI model and link our nodes outside the traditional internet infrastructure. Many tried, some produces results but decentralized DNS resolving and fast long distance data transmission between local mesh networks remain the holy grail.
