One less thing to think about.

We tend to work to cover our upcoming bills, but if we don't have any, we can focus on writing books, or relaxing, and now, being parents.

Debt would be another bill we'd need to try to cover, another thing that would take our time and attention away from what we want to do.

I'm a serious fan of being debt free! I wish there was a way to have free internet and phone too, but we've reduced all possible bills to zero, and it's great!
