thanks, I'm sorry about the diabetes. I intuitively feel the high salivation as a good thing for all the various things in my body and never had a single reason to think the opposite. Instead, I associate various generic disease to momentaneus "low salivation feeling", the first I can think of is bad/slow digestion and low-energy feeling.

for sure... and after having such a dramatic change after going fully keto from 3 days fasting i am certain that part of it was fatty liver with me... from alcohol... probably also seed oils
i literally have to avoid these things like the plague, like right now, i have this nasty spotty rash on my feet from sun exposure, but not from the sun, per se, from some reaction with something else, can't get a fucking break... but yeah... i'm doing a 3 day fast every new moon now, it felt good, like, i was starving and craving food for about 2 days, and then suddenly i was all hot and kinda woozy and could smell acetone in my breath and pee... and clearly i was burning fat like a sumbitch
oh yeah, serious question, do you also have a "hot body" - like, you tolerate cold well and when you are sharing a bed often you feel like you need to get away and uncovered to cool down? that is another feature of my condition, haven't had that in ages until this keto and then bam all this heat
I dont know, I feel pretty hot and active in median. I consume a lot of coffee and I feel different effects in the periods where theres variance in the caffeine intake. When I increase the caffeine intake I dont sleep basically and feel more nervous; when I diminuish the caffeine intake I feel a sort of "cold" like all my methabolics stops and I feel I need more sleep. All these effects stops in 3-4 days as the coffee intake stabilizes. I also experience a high probability of muscle injuries during the diminuishing caffeine phases.
