I seem to prefer beef over bison, elk and venison.🤷🏻♀️ You?
Beef is king for sure, so much fattier than bison or wild game
But elk is delicious, and i enjoy venison as well!
Gonna have to remind myself of the taste of elk. Will get me a pack next time I get my beef and do another comparison. Yeah I like my fatty meat :)
