I never spent more Bitcoin than during the few months in 2016 that Coinbase had a debit card. I spent thousands of dollars worth of Bitcoin back when Bitcoin was only worth about $600.

I understand the feeling it sucks. Remember back when transaction fees were like .01 btc ouch.
That's when i first heard of bitcoin.
Didn't make my first purchase till 2017 at a price of about $1,200
I bought my first Bitcoins for $17 and sold the whole stack for $242 because I thought it looked overbought at the time. That was the bull run that it went up to almost $1200 before crashing to something like the $150 range.
