Sometimes, when I get anxious I need to remind myself that ya, that’s accurate. There isn’t anything “wrong” with me, the world is indeed a dangerous place.

Safety does not exist here, don’t chase it. Accept appropriate risk. Live in the face of it, and respect everyone else who showed up here to also live in the face of danger.
