In my case, it'd be leaving 20 years of experience, and the job, since it dictates the language. Rust looks pretty damn cool though. Been picking it up on the side. TBH, safety isn't that hard in C++, but we don't have Cargo. If C++ legit had something like Cargo (there are attempts, but no adoption) I'd be 98% ok.
