Edible or not?
Discussion
These patches look like the remnants of a vulvar sac, which would identify it as an amanita variety, which means it's probably deadly to consume.

Vulvar sac?
Do I want to see pictures of this?
Basically the baby mushroom, called a primordium, forms inside a thin membrane. As it grows this membrane breaks, leaving patches on the cap and a ring on the base of the stem. That looks like a destroying angel. If you ate less than half of a mushroom that size it could kill you.
Thank you
Some of these are edible and great, but not these white.
