Really basic one - just put liver in pan (in hot lard) and fry it a bit with salt and pepper. Then add eggs (again bit of salt and pepper) and mix it. Usualy it takes only around 5minutes. Easy 👌

👍🏽I’ll give it a go on the next one I pull out of the freezer. Only tried a few times, so still searching for options.
