Guys, help me out here. A dude I’m working with just told me he’s been into Hex for the past couple years. All I know is it’s a Ponzi, but I don’t actually know enough about it to explain what makes this scam different than any other scam.

I’m going to try to get him to download a Lightning wallet today or tomorrow, so stay tuned.

Ooff…

Who hired him

Not me, but I think I can work on him.

What’s hex?

Be glad you don’t know.

Search on Google about the origin address it collects all the tokens.

If holding the keys and the first transaction doesn’t sort it.. no presentation of scam facts will either.

It's definitely a scam. The guy who created made it so that when ever there is new coin issued he get an equal amount created in the genesis address.

The guy basically controls the whole thing, If he wanted to he could just dump on his followers heads at any time. Which I think personally he's done multiple times by now.

That being said he managed to get a lot of attention and his pyramid scheme is working well for him so far and he has many people praising him and the project so I think i'll likely keep getting more popular. Thanks to his "lock your coin to get more coin after a certain time period" option really allows him to drag his scam on for a long period of time as people end up locking liquidity in with the project and cant remove unless willing to take a significant loss.

The creator basically guaranteed himself exit liquidity that is there when ever he needs it.

There's more but I'll stop there.

Nu uh it says not a scam on the official site 😂

For context reasons

Wow, that’s even worse than I imagined.

you can point out the sections of code that when a new coin is minted a second set is minted in the OG mint wallet. i used to have screenshots with this.

it might buried in my twitter data somewhere. Mmmm

Its bad. They have a guru fella 🤡 He makes new shitcoins very fucking fast. With new marketing always. They Like Russian nesting dolls… You see one and try to unpack and there is another one waiting for you already…

Promises on top of promises. Your friend is probably deep and is waiting to get his return. You’d have to show him how much people who bought at the top of the bull lost on hex and show him other historically “famous” shitcoins that are all but dead now. There’s so many. Its like an hour long conversation in the meat space with charts and all. Or… let him get rekt and come back to you 🤷🏻‍♂️

This. If he’s in deep (most likely is) then he have to get rekt first.
