GrapheneOS can run and support tablets providing it meets necessary requirements. At the moment only the Pixel Tablet meets them. If you want a tablet experience then get one of those.

The official GrapheneOS web site is most reliable to get information as we keep it up to date. Other people's blog posts may not be, and videos are less useful as they age since they'll not be updated about future developments. Better to rely on the source instead.
