OK so step by step:

1: remove immunity to prosecution. Including GAVI.

2: start testing vaccines again with placebo controlled trials.

3: ban the corrupt use of relative efficacy which results in the lies of how many lives saved

4: allow the funding again for scientifically tested beneficial vaccines.

I don't see any moral arguement against this but would not happen for very obvious reasons
