What client are you using? Most let you modify your relay settings so you can isolate one in a particular view (like global). This lets you see both how fast it loads and what content it offers.

Go to your global/universe view, click the 3 lines in the top right corner, and toggle off all the relays except one. Then leave the global view and come back. Do that for each relay individually and you’ll have clearer answers!!

So I did as you said and every time I turn off a switch it automatically comes back on. I cannot turn them off permanently.
It’s a visual bug I think. if you click off the page and go back to the they line, they will be switched off.
