So cool to hear. Carnivore or keto-vore is an amazing life hack. At 37 I’m the strongest and most muscular I’ve ever been. I only need to eat once or twice a day. Can fast no issue and exert myself very hard while doing so. Back in my carb days I had to eat every few hours or I’d be miserable and weak. I heal faster and all of my joint pain went away too. Really remarkable set of changes.

It runs counter to everything we’re taught. It’s simple, efficient and damn effective. Just eat red meat.
