No need to download any app store. Obtainium is best if needed. Just download .apk's from github and you're good!

Yeah I will go APK only road. How do I verify signatures?

Terminal is best. There are apps which allow you to use CLI on GOS.

Haven't found a very easy/great GUI way to do via mobile yet. Checkey hasn't been updated since '20.

No need to download on laptop (unless you want to)

Verify sig on desktop, then go download same link that you verified onto mobile

We really do need a better GUI to verify signatures on mobile though it is a hassle
