TAKE another look & listen. The SHOOTER got off at Least 3 rounds Before Someone (NOT these 2 SS on this rooftop! There is ZERO muzzle flash coming out of either one of their guns! Plus the guy kneeling down NEVER looked into his Scope Again after picking his head up Just Before the First Shot was Taken & was swinging his rifle around with one hand during the Shooters 2bd & 3rd shots! The other dude that’s laying down ducks down even further when the bullets start flying! Could one of them have Neutralized the shooter after this clip? Sure! But I think it was someone else
