ecash only delinks between sender and receiver to the rest of the world, the mint sees it as far as the amount goes, which is the identifier
you can only make it work if you craft your inputs and outputs to be minimal in scope and frequent in occurrance, i never see any ecash propaganda about this point
and if you don't do that, then you only hide your identity by using a non-correlated IP address to issue/spend
But do you know if mints implement equal denomination tokens or none of them care about this issue?
