So true - the only time of year I have a "chance" of getting a sniffle is between Thanksgiving (dressing, pumpkin/pecan/derby pie) and Christmas (my girls know how to bake cookies).

The rest of the year, I rarely touch any added sugar.

It is also the time of year I can't get my normal Vitamin D through sun exposure, so I supplement with D/K2 as well as eat oranges for the Vitamin C assistance. I also supplement with Zinc...along with a couple of others.

Also lack of sunlight exposure season

That's the lack of vitamin d part. I would add lack of exercise

Vitamin D is bad science

?

Check back in 2 years

Very convincing
