The TOTAL damage caused by the Front National's misappropriation of European public funds is estimated at €4.1 MILLION (including €2.9 MILLION in embezzlement).

A risk of recidivism is "objectively characterized" for the FN/RN guilty parties, says the court.

Marine Le Pen will be disqualified. "The defense's proposal to let the voters decide is tantamount to claiming a privilege, an immunity in violation of the rules of the law", says the court.
