Its communism yeah but I don't like the idea of one person having 10 houses and another 0 houses.
The tax on the other 9 houses can go towards social services or just building new houses for poor people.

We disagree (putting money in the hands of greedy bureaucrats is like handing a blowtorch to a toddler). But at the very least your primary home shouldn't be taxed. If you have to pay someone for the privilege of living there, you don't really own it)
