Serious question. Just trying to learn. I don’t understand how NOSTR just exists in cyberspace without someone paying for it somehow, somewhere. Maybe we all are with our own electricity use?
Actually, this article explains how the clients that allow access to NOSTR, including Damus, are charitable projects at this early stage. Starting to get how fragile NOSTR is and, evidently, vulnerable to corporate takeover or monetization. There’s still no free lunch.
