Therefore, I am pleased that the Tax Council has today submitted some well-considered and up-to-date recommendations. The council's recommendations may be a way to ensure a more fair taxation of crypto investors' gains and losses," says Finance Minister Rasmus Stoklund

The law will properly be passed in January 2025.
