Anyone have independent health insurance recommendations?

Two parents, 3 soon to be 4 kids. We rarely go to the doctor unless it’s an absolute emergency. Treat most things naturally. Go to the chiropractor and have nutrition response testing done regularly.

Have health insurance that’s good through work but it’s a lot to pay when we very very seldom utilize it. Don’t really want to do emergency/crisis insurance. Would ideally like dental/vision and a bare minimum plan so if broken bones, legit sickness happen, it’s not a terrible expense.

Christian Healthcare Ministries is reasonably cheap with a high deductible, and amazing for maternity if you're planning on having more kids. Finding a subscription-based independent doctor is also a great way to go.

Ah interesting! I will check them out.

My father in law used a similar organization (not this one) and they didn’t provide a beneficial service but this is a different company and I’ll happily check them out. Love the concept!

This is the last kiddo for us, but that’s good to know too.

Appreciate the help!

since 2016 our family's had a really great experience using a Christian health sharing alternative to insurance called Samaritan Ministries.

excellent operation, costs way less than insurance and we use it exactly the way you described.

Thanks! Will check it out.

Crowd health is the best I've found so far and super Bitcoin friendly. Exit fiat medicine except for emergencies. I have same size family and situation and I don't think you'll find a better option https://app.joincrowdhealth.com/r/OUM9QX

Thank you!!
