There is not one single privet/permissionless radio in my country.

Of you install the equipment and start broadcasting on your own they will find you and... even god cant help you then.

As a matter of fact, nothing, ansolutly nothing is permissionless in my country.

Everything needs countless permits.

In the US you can broadcast without a license but I think it’s limited to a wattage that doesn’t allow the signal to go past a few city blocks.

Depends on wavelength.
