3) My humble opinion: There are probably a mix of man made secret craft, and inter-dimensional (demonic imho) beings. I donā€™t think they are aliens from other planets or solar systems.

Research / read up on them is probably the best bet. Come to terms with the possibility that they are inter-dimensional and what that means.
