Doing my 2nd #dryfast. Going for 36h.

Start: Saturday, dinner at 06:30.

End: Monday morning at 06:30.

Much easier this time! Ate near carnivore on Saturday (<5g carbs) and ran sprints, going faster into ketosis and 3x autophagy.

More productive. Less rest. This might be the easiest way for great health and slim body without counting calories. A 20% improvement to health, from 1,5 day a week of zero cost.
