No youll need to plugin a torrent client. I use deluge.

Sorry. I'm a little bit more awake, but it's best to think of the stack kind of like this.

Whether you're getting torrents or .nzb files (usenet / news rooms) youll need a client for them to download. Sonarr and radarr are...Coordinators. they help search your indexs l, grab files, give them to your download client, then can move, rename and Organize them for you when they're done downloading.

Is there a way to disable the metadata editing?

I'm not 100% sure on this, but it definitely looks like you can turn off all the metadata sources if you want.

Instead of deluge, can I use qbitorrent or deluge is the only client that works with this integration?

I'm pretty sure it's client agnostic. You can use a handful of torrent clients with it. I've switched back and forth between deluge and qubit.
