In my opinion modern nutritional norms are the main cause of disease.

It’s very hard to argue with simple observation when it comes to what constitutes a healthy diet.

These Samoan chiefs ate fish, meat, coconut , root vegetables and tropical fruit all year round. They never fasted or limited carbohydrates. They never went to the gym and did little physical work.

We cannot compare agriculture before and agriculture today. Today we have chemical fertilizers for plants and vegetables so that they grow quickly. Disadvantages of chemical fertilizers you know. Before the rooster egg was natural. Today some grain as a drug pill 💊 and your rooster gives you eggs 🥚. That being said, before food was simple, healthy and natural. Today everything is artificial, chemical, Obesity, stroke, toxic disease and more. It's pathetic.

Best to avoid eggs, chicken and pork as these animals are fed toxic foods.

Grass fed organic beef and lamb is good.
