Whats your take on other ingestible stimulants? There is the stuff in cocao water - something-bromine. Also nicotine... What about sleep and cold showers? Have you researched Matthew Walker? If you can take a 5 minute break try a round of wim hof breathing

Yes to all the above. Theobromine, prefer through chocolate, but no bueno. Don’t need the extra sugar. Lol. Just keep it away from doggos. Ended up just adding raw cocoa to coffee with MCT from time to time. Trying to get back to cold and breathing.
