There are some coins supposedly built from the ground up with quantum computing in mind. The issue has definitely been identified by both btc and xmr communities but afaik not a lot of progress has been made securing either. Having said that, I'm wary of the confidence signal for example seems to have in their security against quantum computing.

Of course there is the other side of this where some PhD's in quantum mechanics have said that quantum computers capable of breaking public key encryption will not be built in our lifetime.
