No, I just run nostr-relay locally to see what it does. Maybe I bring it online later. I often switch them (using snort.social here), currently I use nostr.fmt.wiz.biz

Sorry for duplicate post, nostr doesn't support editing posts. I don't know your client you are using, but mine here finds more relays by itself.

I also often use relay.damus.io but that's cloudflare.
