Still they will find ways to make it illegal. They can change the rules of chessboard anytime.

Exactly we are playing against an adversary with unlimited power, with the ability and motivation to change the rules of the game at anytime.

First rule of privacy is we must not play in their court or try to abide by their owen rules.
