In these troubled times a good Get Home Bag may be in order.
Tailor the contents to your environment, political situation, and personal needs. At the least it must have the basics covered.
Water, shelter, fire, food, security, medical, morale.
Less is more when packing for a long walk home. Check your laws before assembly.
Adjust to changing conditions, environment, and personal needs. Remember expiration dates on medications and food items.
Look at alternative sources for supplies enroute. Water filter is lighter than water when water is plentiful in the environment. Hunting and foraging is lighter than carrying food.
These when possible and will not fit every situation. Security in the form of a weapon is limited to those living in freedom loving states.
Check your laws !!!
