2 cm is okay. My design is 2 cm= 236 pixels

For a tattoo though? Go bigger. Lines blur and spread over time.

I know this from experience. Wish I’d gotten all my tattoos much bigger

I ain't got the foggiest for tattoo size!

As with most things in life, bigger is better
