Was driving through my home town today, was looking at the bus stop full of school kids waiting. Maybe 40 of them. Probably 5 white kids. Sad state of affairs mate.

If I was a country thinking of attracting these wealthy individuals, I'd legally expand the definition of "refugee" to someone being taxed for leaving, and grant asylum to them and their wealth.
