W, which will require photo verification of users, was publicly announced at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

At some point it will no longer be optional if surveilance works well enough, it will be regulated as amndatory. We will have no freedom of speexh and we'll be happy, or at least I think out overlords are betting on.
