Al ( Alan Duckers) a Salty Dog at 82 years young , first into the surf most mornings at crackers, catches a few for 1/2 hour, followed by Strollling a leisurely jog of the beach umina to Ettalong and back about 2 - 3k, followed by bike ride to Woy Woy Station at 10 am , train journey to Central picks up his morning coffee a quick look in at the pornbrokers all on his walk to the Star Casino to put his couple of dollars on the craps table unders and overs , returns Woy Woy late arvo , repeats it 4 days a week , weekends rest - no way , morning surf is followed by bike racing in the velodrome with his son.
