What's the issue with them, genuine question from an ignorant person

There's no issue if you don't want to hold your own keys or don't care about the fundamental properties of bitcoin

Joking aside I think it seems ok for something like a private payment or tiny amounts like $20 ...

I'll continue with something like mutiny as my daily driver + sparrow for cold storage

They are all custodial, too small, zero accountability
