The zap model replaces the ad model?

The Fountain app is paying 1 sat/min (60 sats/day) to listeners and the minimum V4V streaming is 10 sats/min. And anyway I keep hearing that Fountain is paying to its listeners. Nobody needs a podcast player to support podcasters.

So, no. I'm not expecting V4V will replace the advertising model. They will rather hear ads for money. People are undervaluing their attention and it's not going to change anytime soon. #[0]

I think sats streaming is really inneficient since most of it goes to fees. Boostagrams are much better.

Why spam 120 transfers of 10 sats when you are much better off doing one 1200 bostagram at the end?

That’s fair.. I usually turn steaming off and do the math instead. Then I send a boost at the end of the episode.

I get it, but I don't care. Node runners and podcast index deserve sats too.
