No, because Twitter is still algorithmically curating what people see with no filter options. I’m talking about filtering out certain content by default, but NOT curating anything. For example, all clients are filtering out spam and any smut, gore. Most don’t want that, no one wants spam.

The next step would be to filter out swearing and such, but you still start with a blank slate and you don’t build the filters by targeting and profiling individuals, but content. You could start with options when first using client:

1. Filter nothing

2. Don’t show me porn, swearing

3. I only want to see puppies, cooking, etc

That way, even Hitler would show up in you feed every now and then, if he’s showing off his new dog or discussing how much he hates pineapple on pizza.
