I wonder if relay operators could filter out these spam bots that answer to your posts and shuffle each word from your post/event. Because this is absolutel annoying and there are already too many if these bots. This also adds damage to the reputation of #Nostr.

I'm still waiting for anyone to start a relay that uses a web of trust anyone can get into (at least temporarily) by submitting a post with sufficient NIP-13 PoW mined
A properly done WoT + PoW relay
This should fix it, and I don't quite see what makes it very difficult to implement, except how it would probably be targeted for its free speech impact
