About th Bitcoin - ok, this was the founder the blockchain technology, and the blockchain is a real distrupting technology, On the other hand Ethereum network used Nick Szabo's smart contracts first. The centralized coins are meaningless, except the real stablecoins, to facilitate the fiat-crypto transfer. As you mentioned other companies don't understand the fundamentals of blockchain, they only see that issuing the money nevermore is their privileges. CBDC-s are shits and does not require blockchain.
