R u into home automation? You can easily automate smart device charging via charging them with their dedicated usb switches like I'm doing.
I just didn’t plug mine in yesterday. Normally I have multiple usb cables setup. When my phone and iPad died in rapid succession I took it as a sign to disconnect and go to sleep.
